This hotel location is just excellent if you are planning on walking downtown Monterrey, as it is close to the downtown shopping areas and the historic landmarks. The rooms were in very bad shape, which was disappointing. Service, however, was good with housekeeping and tours/ticket assistance available. Dining options were limited but had yogurts available. The facilities were adequate. It's a decent value for the money, but improvements in room conditions are needed.
